DETAILS

VIP ID badges and other information can be picked upon check-in at the Bonaventure hotel at the Front Desk.
If you are not staying at the hotel, you will be able to pick your Badges up at the Whisky a GoGo box office prior to VIP opening.  Please bring ID and your ticket.  Once you have your badge you will not need a ticket.

VIP Upgrade
If you would like to upgrade to VIP status for this weekend, you must be a ticket holder and the upgrade charge is $100 if done BEFORE May 24th.  After that, there will be a $20 surcharge to cover the cost of printing your custom VIP pass for the shows. 

EVENTS:

Fan social/mixer – before both shows
– these will happen at the Bonaventure prior to going to the Whisky a GoGo.  They are informal and everyone can attend.  There is no cost associated with this. They are so you can meet other Alphaville fans for the first time or renew old friendships.  No need to RSVP just show up at the pool area 4:30 pm on Friday and 3:30 pm on Saturday.

Party Bus – This is provided to everyone that purchased the hotel package.  We will have everyone departing to the Venue together.  If space is available extra seats can be purchased for$10 at the time of boarding –cash or Venmo only to the bus chaperone.

VIP Admission  is ½ hour prior to general admission door opening.

After Show Transfer – Everyone will be able to leave the venue whenever they choose. The transfer provided in the hotel package is an Uber/Lyft ride share credit code. Those will be emailed to you with your hotel check-in info.

VIP Meet & Greets – The VIPs will be divided up into smaller groups and will have approximately 1 hour with the entire band and some of the crew – including Marian and Bernhard. This will happen on Sunday afternoon – starting at 1:00 pm at the Bonaventure hotel. You MUST RSVP with your most desired.  Please do this by May 25th.
If you do not RSVP then you will be assigned the first available spot.
Please be respectful of the band and the other fans by not taking one person’s time.

The Venue
– The Whisky a GoGo 8901 Sunset Blvd, Hollywood CA 90069
This is is a small club and it is general admission.  There are several tables and booths on the main floor and on the balcony.  We ask that no one camps out at just one place the entire night.  Socialize, get to know the other fans and share spaces. There will be a couple of tables/booths that will be reserved by LA Concert Group/Brady Harper and Alphaville – these are the exception.

Drinks
The Whisky a GoGo  is a club with a fully stocked bar and limited food services.
These concerts are considered a private event so the shows are all ages  Each patron is responsible for their own consumption and will not be allowed to provide adult beverages to minors.

Marian and Bernhard’s special Birthday Bash – This is for VIP clients and it will take place at the Whisky a GoGo after the show on Saturday night.  This is Marian’s birthday and Bernhard’s is the next Saturday June 2nd.
A portion of this party will be for fans to give presents to Marian and Bernhard. Brady and Vahe encourage people to prepare something special for them.
 All gift giving desires MUST be coordinated – please RSVP to BradyHarperAV@gmail.com to submit your request to present.  I will work with you to figure out how to work it into the party.

Say Hello at Vahe’s place – You must RSVP if you want to come. 
This is a very informal social designed to get the fans to meet some of the behind the scenes people.  It will be held at the hotel at a location that will be provided once you RSVP.

Brady Brunch Brunch – You must RSVP if you want to come.
This is another informal get together so we can get to know you and you get to know us.  Come visit with Brady and his family, snack on some light brunch items and talk about the concerts!  This will happen at the Bonaventure hotel at a location that will be provided once you RSVP.
Light breakfast items will be served – until they’re gone!  Feel free to bring something to contribute.

Sunday Survivor’s Supper – You must RSVP if you want to come. 
The location has yet to be determined, but it will be on Sunday evening at a reasonably priced location in or near the Bonaventure hotel.  Everyone pays for themselves.

The Bonaventure hotel is a very large and historic landmark in Los Angeles. There is so much history and information about it online I would highly recommend researching it a little.  It was chosen because it is a city within a city. You can go and get lost in it.

Parking Information
Parking at the Bonaventure hotel is $48/day.  It is valet only, secure and allows for unlimited in and out.
There are other parking garages in the area around the Bonaventure, prices differ greatly. We recommend getting a good parking app on your phone and use it to determine what your best fit is
for your parking needs and budget.

Ride Share (Uber/Lyft)
These services are very convenient and generally less expensive than renting a car and parking it at the hotel.   Using the apps is easy to do.  It is a better alternative than parking a car at the hotel for most guests.
